PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We strive ourselves on great customer service, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order or you wish to cancel it, you may return any unopened items that are in their original condition for a refund/exchange within 14 working days of delivery.
If you return products for any other reason other than defects/damage, you will be required to pay the postage. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, so in the unlikely event that we do not receive the product, we can see you have returned it.
If the goods you receive are damaged/faulty in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence, so we can claim the costs back from the delivery service.
